Strength, and Service.
From hand wrapping odd-shaped bundles to unitizing with
the fastest, high-speed automatic equipment, Bemis has the right film for
virtually every job. Bemis Stretchfilms™ are best known for the
extremely high unitizing force of their load retention films. But, Bemis
also offers a complete line of high-yield stretch films, one-sided cling
films, and hand-applied films.
Bemis provides the best film, the best
training, and the best product support in the industry. From instant
access to its knowledgeable customer service department, to on-site
trouble shooting and training, to complete plant audits, you can count on
Bemis.
Unique Technical Support Program.
Bemis is the only stretch film manufacturer with a team
of highly-trained Technical Application Specialists(TAS)™ who are
experts in both stretch film and machine operations. These technical
experts provide on-site film and machine testing, training,
troubleshooting, film comparisons, and full plant audits; as well as
telephone support when needed. You simply cannot find more professional,
more helpful technical assistance.
Most stretch film sales people are
familiar with the films they sell, but they sell too many products to be
experts on the more technical aspects of each film, the equipment, or on
analyzing the total packaging application. That's why a Bemis TAS is so
important. Every Bemis TAS is a film specialist, an equipment specialist,
and a packaging application specialist.
Our TAS will determine the packaging
requirements, specify films, fine-tune equipment, and train the equipment
operators to make sure you get the highest performing stretch film
packaging possible. Experience has shown us that a Bemis TAS can improve
package integrity and film performance, and still cut overall film costs
by a minimum of 10%. Anyone can run a stretch film test. Bemis does more;
MUCH MORE!
From High-Quality Yield Films to the Best Load
Retention Films Available.
Most stretch film manufacturers only sell yield films.
Bemis sells both yield and load retention films. Yield films are designed
to stretch easily, so you get the maximum yield from each roll. Load
retention films are designed to provide maximum unitizing force.
If you are stretchwrapping loads for
storage, or if you have a light load that won't shift during shipping, a
yield film is probably best. Bemis manufactures several high quality yield
films designed for high-speed unitizing. However, if you have a medium to
heavy load, a valuable load, or a load that is going to be shipped long
distances, you should consider a load retention film.
Load retention films are "stiffer
films" with a level of film "memory", which gives them the
ability to maintain their load holding force for long periods of time. It
is this combination of resistance to stretch and incredible film memory
that makes load retention films so good. |
